Welcome to the **M5AZN Affiliate Program**. By registering for or participating in the program, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Program Enrollment

  1. M5AZN reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion.
  2. By joining the Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Affiliate Commissions

  1. All commissions are calculated automatically by the M5AZN platform.
  2. Approved commissions and their details will be displayed in the affiliate's dashboard.
  3. Only commissions that appear as approved in the dashboard are eligible for payment.

3. Commission Eligibility

  1. Commissions become payable only after the referred purchase has been successfully completed and approved by M5AZN.
  2. If an order is cancelled, refunded, disputed, declined, or determined to be fraudulent, the related commission will be cancelled or deducted.

4. Commission Payments


  1. Affiliate commissions are paid **monthly**.
  2. Payments are processed on the **10th day of each calendar month**, or on the next official business day if the 10th falls on a weekend or public holiday.
  3. M5AZN reserves the right to delay payment if a financial review, compliance review, or fraud investigation is required.

5. Transfer & Payment Fees

  1. If the affiliate resides outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, all international bank transfer fees, intermediary bank charges, currency conversion fees, and any other payment processing fees shall be borne by the affiliate and deducted from the commission amount.
  2. Any fees charged by payment gateways, banks, payment providers, or financial institutions for processing commission payments are the responsibility of the affiliate. * M5AZN is responsible only for paying the approved commission amount before any applicable transfer or banking fees.

6. Affiliate Responsibilities

  1. Affiliates agree to:
  2. Promote M5AZN using lawful and ethical marketing practices.
  3. Provide accurate and truthful information about M5AZN's products and services.
  4. Refrain from creating fake accounts, fraudulent transactions, or artificial referrals to generate commissions.
  5. Avoid any activity that may damage the reputation, brand, or intellectual property of M5AZN.
  6. Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their country of residence.

7. Account Suspension or Termination

  1. M5AZN may suspend or permanently terminate an affiliate account, withhold commissions, or remove participation from the program if:
  2. These Terms & Conditions are violated.
  3. Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
  4. The Affiliate Program is abused in any way.
  5. The affiliate causes harm to M5AZN, its customers, or business partners.
  6. The M5AZN platform management has the right to cancel, amend or change any of the payment methods that it has made available on the M5AZN platform.

8. Changes to the Affiliate Program

  1. M5AZN reserves the right to modify at any time:
  2. Commission rates.
  3. Commission calculation methods.
  4. Payment terms.
  5. Reward and incentive structures.
  6. Any other aspect of the Affiliate Program.
Such changes shall apply to future transactions from the effective date of the update.

9. Limitation of Responsibility

  1. Affiliates are solely responsible for providing accurate banking and payment information.
  2. M5AZN shall not be liable for delays or failed payments resulting from incorrect or incomplete payment details.
  3. M5AAffiliates are responsible for any taxes, duties, or legal obligations applicable in their country.

10. General Provisions

  1. Participation in the Affiliate Program does not create any employment, agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship between the affiliate and M5AZN.
  2. All trademarks, copyrights, branding, and intellectual property remain the exclusive property of M5AZN.
  3. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Saudi Arabia.

Acceptance

  1. By registering for or participating in the M5AZN Affiliate Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, including any future amendments published by M5AZN.
